Benefit Connections was started in 2003 with a focus on helping employers in Central Pennsylvania save time and money on their health insurance. In our first year of operation, we were able to help our clients save over $330,000 on their health insurance costs.
Today, Benefit Connections provides a full array of services that include employer based fully-insured and self-insured benefit plans, Medicare products, individual products, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance.
We are a licensed third-party administrator (TPA) providing clients with customized health reimbursement arrangements (HRA) and self-funded dental plans. In addition we provide hands on assistance with the complex compliance element of managing an employee benefit plan.
Our clients include small and large businesses, non-profit organizations, school districts, churches, manufacturers, and individuals. No matter how big or how small, we treat every client like a fortune 500 company.
